Orca whale catches seal on beach
This Orca whale almost beaches itself just to snag a seal that's swimming in the shallow water. This was filmed in South America apparently. Check it out.
I suddenly was hoping the Canucks were playing the Golden Seals instead of the Sharks myself.
But I'm thinking, if you were that seal, would you not have thought to get the frack out of dodge and boot it up the beach or something instead of hanging out anywhere it was wet? True it may not move so fast on dry land, but I doubt the whale would move any faster there. =)
Hey Sean...Think you can photoshop a shark in for that seal? Get it? Get it?
ReplyDeleteI like the little kid goo-goo gah-gahing, while Mommy is probably saying, "Look Bobo! That's what you can look forward to in life."
The cynic in me is alive and well.
But, yeah, it is sort of cool, in a perverted 'I like to watch things get killed' kind of way.
Yeah, I love brutality in nature.
ReplyDeletePhotoshop a shark in there? Maybe. But it will be a still image. I can't do gif's or motion stuff.
Yeah, sorry, I was just kidding about the shark thing. In light of tomorrow's game and all...
ReplyDeleteHope you didn't lose any sleep over it.
I didn't. I have an idea already. And yes I knew what you meant!

Seals are stupid I guess. They can be trained to bounce balls around but not save their own skin. Why are we trying to save them again?
