Moose gain star power as Dallas sends Brunnstrom down to Manitoba

Link

Geez, I gotta say, I fell for the hype on Brunnstrom but he just hasn't lived up to it yet. And to think there was a big sweepstakes for Fabian's services last year, and Vancouver was in on it.
He had 10 goals and 4 assists and was a -8 in 31 games for the Stars this season. The Stars are trying to claw their way back into a playoff spot and can't settle for mediocrity.

**UPDATE**
Brunnstrom will play 2 games with the Moose and then rejoin the Stars when they play Columbus on Saturday. He is recovering from a high ankle sprain. So this is more of a conditioning stint.

There's a new dance everyone is doing -- It's called THE POGGE PANIC!

4-1 Wild, halfway mark

Not good.

(In the time it took me to type that, it went from 3-1 to 4-1)

No kidding.

Hey, how are you watching the game? I've got Wild/Leafs and Ducks/Dogs side by side, online. Total mind fuck (esp. since I have a 13" laptop), but interesting to see that Sportsnet didn't have the updated score for the Ducks/Dogs. (Yes, I know: details. Can't help it.)

I wish you hadn't told us how critical these two games are...

Shit! As soon as I hit the send button, I realized I forgot to sign it as "Nucker." I've blown my cover!

Shit, Ducks 4-3 end of the 2nd. Sorry to cause you stress! OK, no I'm not. As each day passes the Canucks are looking like underdogs. Should take the pressure off, right?

FUCK! Bugger, ass and poop. 6-3

Doan's 2nd goal was perty, weren't it?

Please tell me this can be overcome.

Caught something earlier on one of my two screens about Ovie getting plowed into the boards and blacking out (looked like -- I had that screen muted.) If so, I think it was the bad juju we worked on him yesterday. We're bad (and more powerful than we realized.)

OV didn't black out. He left the ice and threw a tantrum and that was about it. We didn't curse him. The ring of power did.

Holy shitballs, 10-2 Sabres over the Oilers! Makes me laugh. Other than that we are in 9th spot. That's not so funny

Last I heard, shitballs were not holy.

I'm going to start drinking now. YOU have to get to work on your next inspiring and uplifting blog.

Good Luck.

Oh, yeah, I'm not worried one bit. If we lose to the Preds I just might start worrying.

Tomorrow, I will have my morning coffee in my lucky Canucks mug. That will fix everything. You'll see.
