Hossa suffers MCL Sprain in first game as a Penguin

I laughed when I seen this, because I hate the Penguins and wish them nothing but failure. However, a Grade 1 MCL Sprain is not that serious. Grade I sprains of the MCL usually resolve within a few weeks. Treatment consists of (quoting a medical site):
-Resting from activity
-Icing the injury
-Anti-inflammatory medications

Most patients with a grade I MCL tear will be able to return to sports within 1-2 weeks following their injury.

Well that sucks. I was hoping he'd be out longer.
