Ken Henderson strikes again

Ken Henderson, a Vancouver Island native, is a terrific artist with a great sense of humor. His themes cover many areas including sports and hockey. His drawing of Gary Lupul below nearly brings a tear to my eye. A classy piece, Ken.
Henderson has also just completed a hilarious comic of the Lowe-Burke-Penner situation. Head over to his site Offside Sports to see it as well as many other great creations and to learn more about Ken and his accomplishments.

Why thanks... I'm flattered that you like them and that my Lupul tribute connected with you.

How can it not bring a tear to your eye?

Think the Canucks will do anything to honor him at the home opener?

Ken- No prob. You have serious skills. Love your work.

Jin- The Canucks will honor him no doubt about it. They honored Roger Nielson after his death at a home opener a few years back. I was at that game. They put the tpwels on the hockey sticks and everything. Good stuff. I remember Tiger Williams being one of the guys with the stick and towel that night.
