Road Hockey Rumble airs TONIGHT
This looks to be one crazy-assed piece of Canadiana. I missed the premiere, which was on January 10th, and only realized it because I stumbled across a post about it by Miss 604.
From what I am gathering, this is a type of reality TV show where 2 teams from neighboring towns play a violent game of road hockey. Winners get bragging rights and beer. Losers get hurt and humiliated!
Last week's show was in Trail, B.C. Tonight's show will be in Prince George, B.C., which is close to my neck of the woods.

Showtime: 9:30 pm Pacific on OLN. The Canadian OLN that is.

I wasn't that impressed with the show in alot of aspects. Everything leading up to the ball hockey game was contrived and was that boneheaded Canadian-style comedy. But once the game started it was great. Love John McKeachie's play-by-play. The punishment for the loss was awesome. That cowboy gave the cohost a bulldog that even Davey Boy Smith would have been proud of!
