LINDEN BACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR

Saint Linden has signed a 1-year deal worth $600,000 plus $200,000 in bonus incentives. I wonder what those incentives are...to score 20 goals? Uh oh, that may screw me out of that bet I made with Hodge about Linden having a rebound year. How much ice time will he get? Will he play on the top 2 lines? I doubt it.

He has reportedly been talking with Barry Bonds about a new fitness program and high intensity work-outs that have really helped him this off-season.

2nd line? To guarantee a dismal Canuck season?

If he gets to spend some time on even strength, instead of being our main PK guy, I'm sure he'll manage to get at least 7 goals.

I agree with him; he was fairly misused by Crow.

Our bet doesn't have parameters. What is a breakthrough year for Linden? 20 goals? Isabella, he only had 7 goals last year didn't he?

For $600,000? Are you kidding? That IS 3rd and 4th line money. He won't even make his incentives there, and maybe that was part of the plan!
