If that is true, then that is pretty sick. Why should BC taxpayers have to pay for the repairs of others?<BR/><BR/>It's also a bit disconcerting for me personally, since I stand to benefit from this government hand-out (I'll be the one doing a lot of the restoration and mold prevention work).
