You getting tired of me posting Wellwood stuff yet? Remember, it's Wellwood Week here at WFS.

  2. "Finebark of the Windsorshire."

  3. I won't get tired of the Wellwood coverage as long as he keeps producing.

But why the hell is Vingeault putting Ouellet with the Sedins instead of Wellwood? It's like the Chewbacca defense: "that does not make sense!"

    Aha! That is gold!

Jimmy boy, Wellwood IS that good, he just has to be consistent. Have you seen his goals and play lately? He's got hands that remind me of Gretzky a bit. Sit, he's scored 6 goals and 1 assist. Wellwood is known more from his passing. The goals are a great surprise. So no, the joke has not run it's course. In fact, it may be gathering steam. I want Wellwood to represent Vancouver at the All Star Game.

Birrell: I know what you mean. Wellwood is the 3rd Sedin IMO. I guess Vigneault keeps looking for a bigger guy to play with the sisters.... At some point he needs to realize.
Oh, don't forget the Wellwood is a good faceoff guy to have out there on line 2. Hankie has that covered on line 1.

Kevin- Right about what? That Demitra is a shitbag deluxe?? I know.

  6. By the way, Finebark was coined by the Yankee Canucks wasn't it? We gotta give the brother his dues.

  7. zandberg - did you really just compare Wellwood to Gretzky????

  8. I said he reminds me of Gretzky a bit. They way he handles the puck, passes it, and sees the ice is somewhat comparable to Wayne. Great vision.
