Larscheid to sign a 1-year extension

"Why give this up?" laughs Larscheid. "I'm having too much fun."

It appears that 67-year-old Tom Larscheid is about to sign a 1-year contract to remain the voice of the Vancouver Canucks. Tom is the dude that coined "Bingo Bango Bongo, his name is Roberto Luongo!" We didn't really want him to retire yet anyways, did we? Larscheid has been doing his thing for 31 years now.
